Just a quick note – many of you have asked about Thomas’ eyes.  We saw the doctor again last night, who validated what we had noticed.  The glasses have helped some, but not totally fixed the strabismus.  The doctor wanted to operate this morning, and acted like it was no big deal.  Greg and I could not feel at peace about that.  So I came home and researched “pediatric opthamologist” in GA and SC.  My sister saw a doctor years ago who is now practicing exclusively in pediatrics.  One of our best friends used to work with him, so she is trying today to get us in with him over Christmas.  We can take some time on this, but we do need to act.  This surgery will fix something that could be a self esteem issue and keep both of his eyes – not just the strong one – going strong.  Thank you for your prayers.
